Blanchester Varsity Wildcats took the lead, 3-2, in the bottom of the third thanks to singles by Cooper Reynolds, and Braxton Short. Clinton-Massie Varsity Falcon took the lead in the top of the seventh inning after Blanchester Varsity Wildcats committed an error, and Colton Fite doubled to center field, each scoring two runs. Ryan Anderson pitched three innings in relief for Clinton-Massie Varsity Falcon. The pitcher gave up four hits and four runs (three earned) while, striking out one and walking two.
