By Brian Carey | May 7, 2026 12:04 PM

The Clinton-Massie Falcons continued their impressive season with an 11-8 victory over Waynesville on Wednesday night at Wilmington College. With the win, the Falcons improved to 11-2 overall and remained unbeaten in conference play at 7-0, continuing one of the strongest seasons in program history. Clinton-Massie has now earned victories this season over Carroll, Franklin, Northmont (twice), Monroe, Wilmington (twice), Madeira, Seven Hills, and Waynesville. The Falcons have built momentum throughout the spring with strong play on both ends of the field, finding success against both conference opponents and quality non-conference competition. Looking ahead, Clinton-Massie will open postseason play next week in the first round of the OHSAA Tournament. The Falcons earned the No. 7 seed and will host No. 9 seed Madeira Mustangs in a rematch of a regular season matchup. The Falcons will look to carry their regular season success into tournament play as they continue their pursuit of a deep postseason run.
